long time no see

long time din't update my blog because i am too lazy and buzy

suddenly feel like to update my blog (i always like that)

this thursday i went to Genting Klang to play badminton with my friend

i think maybe too long time din't sport,my muscle pain right now

it's make me suffer

my friend capture a picture when i playing badminton

but she din't capture a yeng or leng picture of me

just capture my yong sui pattern..haha..

but its ok...i like it so much..hehe

hope i can persist until the last day
